What is the difference between a powder booth and a paint booth?
A powder coating booth is designed to apply dry thermoset powder and includes recovery systems (like cyclones or cartridge filters) to capture and reuse overspray. A liquid paint booth applies wet solvent or water-based paints, using exhaust filters or water curtains to trap overspray, which cannot be reused and must be disposed of safely.
Which booth is suitable for my application?
This depends on your coating material. If you are applying powder for durable metal finishes, a powder booth is required. If you are painting plastics, mixed materials, or require exact color matching with liquid paint, a wet paint booth (dry filter or water curtain) is necessary. Our engineers can evaluate your product and recommend the optimal solution.
Do you provide customized booth sizes?
Yes. While we offer standard sizes, the majority of our booths are custom-engineered based on your maximum part dimensions, conveyor speed, and available floor space in your facility.
Can the booth be integrated into conveyor lines?
